1. Entries open on June 17, 2009 and a properly completed application and entry fee of $160.00 (per team) must be submitted to
the MSGA office by 5:00 PM on July 17, 2009. Cart fee and range balls are included in entry fee. Make checks payable to
the MSGA-WD. Checks must be for this event only. The field will be limited to 90 teams. NO REFUNDS AFTER JULY
23, 2009.
2. ENTRIES DATED AFTER JULY 17, 2009 WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. ENTRIES MAY BE REFUSED BY THE MSGA
WD OR HOST CLUB AT ANY TIME.
3. PROPER ATTIRE REQUIRED. For more information about the dress code policy, please visit the MSGA website at
www.msga.org. DRESS CODE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
4. The MSGA-WD Officer-in-Charge shall assign pairings and starting times.
5. Starting times and pairings will be available on July 24, 2009. They will be sent to participants via email. Additionally, they will be posted on
the MSGA website and they may be obtained by calling host club’s Pro Shop at 410-561-3381. |
