USGA Rules will govern all play, except as modified by local rules. If a team elects to withdraw from the tournament, it must promptly notify the MSGA-WD Officer in Charge. This is to ensure that an alternate team has a fair opportunity to play. THE MSGA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO VERIFY ALL USGA INDEXES. All participants should arrive at the first tee no later than 5 minutes prior to the participants’ appointed started time. The MSGA-WD will institute the local rule, outlined in Appendix I in The Rules of Golf, permitting the use of rangefinders in the Mixed Two-Ball Championship. |
