An 18-hole stroke play qualifying round will be played on Monday. The defending Champion automatically qualifies unless she chooses to compete for the Medalist prize. Fifty-six players will advance to match play. The low 16 players form the Championship flight. Other qualifiers form the Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth and Sixth flights. In the event of ties for the last place in the Championship flight or the last place in the last flight, there will be a hole-by-hole play-off at the conclusion of the qualifying round. Match play begins on Tuesday. Those defeated in the first match of the Championship flight will form the First flight. On Wednesday the Championship and First flights will play a morning match and an afternoon match; all other flights play a morning match only. Final matches for all flights will be on Thursday. |
