1. Entries open on May 14, 2009 and a properly completed application and entry fee of $50.00 for 36-hole Competitors and $25.00 for 18-hole Competitors must be submitted to the MSGA office by 5:00 PM on June 11, 2009. Make checks payable to MSGA-WD. Checks must be for this event only. NO REFUNDS AFTER JUNE 18, 2009.
2. Applications must include date of birth and age group.
3. ENTRIES DATED AFTER JUNE 11, 2009 WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. ENTRIES MAY BE REFUSED BY THE MSGA-WD OR HOST CLUB AT ANY TIME. PROPER ATTIRE REQUIRED. For more information about the dress code policy, please visit the MSGA website at www.msga.org. DRESS CODE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
4. The MSGA-WD Officer in Charge shall assign pairings and starting times.
5. Starting times and pairings will be available on June 18, 2009. They will be sent to participants via email. Additionally, they will be posted on the MSGA website and they may be obtained by calling the host club’s Pro Shop at 410-571-0973. |
