12th Two Woman Team Mid-Handicap Championship

IMPORTANT: ENTRIES OPEN ON AUGUST 10, 2009. ENTRIES RECEIVED PRIOR TO THIS DATE WILL BE RETURNED. NO FAX ENTRIES ACCEPTED. CHECKS MUST BE FOR THIS EVENT ONLY. ENTRIES CLOSE ON SEPTEMBER 9, 2009. 

USGA Rules will govern all play, except as modified by local rules.  If a team elects to withdraw from the tournament, it must promptly notify the MSGA-WD Officer in Charge.  This is to ensure an alternate a fair opportunity to play.  All participants should arrive at the first tee no later than 5 minutes prior to the participant’s starting time.  The MSGA-WD will institute the local rule, outlined in Appendix I in The Rules of Golf, permitting the use of rangefinders in the Two Woman Team Mid-Handicap Championship.
