USGA Rules will govern all play, except as modified by local rules. If a team elects to withdraw from the tournament, it must promptly notify the MSGA-WD Officer in Charge. This is to ensure an alternate a fair opportunity to play. All participants should arrive at the first tee no later than 5 minutes prior to the participant’s starting time. The MSGA-WD will institute the local rule, outlined in Appendix I in The Rules of Golf, permitting the use of rangefinders in the Two Woman Team Mid-Handicap Championship.
