This tournament is open to female amateur golfers who are residents of Maryland or members of member clubs of the MSGA having a combined USGA INDEX of 30.1 and above as of August 1, 2009. No individual may have a handicap index greater than 36.0. Difference in handicap index of partners shall not exceed 8.0. Team members do NOT have to belong to the same club. |
