1. Entries open on August 10, 2009 and a properly completed application and entry fee of $120.00 (per team) must be submitted to the MSGA office by 5:00 PM on September 9, 2009. Cart fee is included in the entry fee. Make checks payable to MSGA-WD. Checks must be for this event only. NO REFUNDS AFTER SEPTEMBER 15, 2009.
2. Applications must include both players USGA Indexes as of August 1, 2009.
3. ENTRIES DATED AFTER SEPTEMBER 9, 2009 WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. ENTRIES MAY BE REFUSED BY THE MSGA-WD OR HOST CLUB AT ANY TIME.
4. The field will be limited to the 60 teams with the lowest combined handicap indexes.
5. PROPER ATTIRE REQUIRED. For more information on the dress code policy, please visit the MSGA website at www.msga.org. DRESS CODE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
6. The MSGA-WD Officer in Charge shall assign pairings and starting times.
7. Starting times and pairings will be available on SEPTEMBER 15, 2009. They will be sent to participants via email. Additionally, they will be posted on the MSGA website and they may be obtained by calling the host club’s Pro Shop at 410-527-3304. |
