This tournament is open to female amateur golfers who are residents of Maryland or members of member clubs of the MSGA having a maximum combined USGA INDEX of not more than 30.0 as of August 15, 2009. Difference in handicap index of partners shall not exceed 8.0. Team members do NOT have to belong to the same club. |
