1. Entries open on July 6, 2009 and a properly completed application and entry fee of $120.00 must be submitted to the MSGA office by 5:00 PM on August 6, 2009. Cart fees and range balls are included in the entry fee. Make checks payable to MSGA-WD. Checks must be for this event only. NO REFUNDS AFTER August 10, 2009.
2. Applications must include a USGA Index as of July 1, 2009.
3. ENTRIES DATED AFTER AUGUST 6, 2009 WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. ENTRIES MAY BE REFUSED BY THE MSGA-WD OR HOST CLUB AT ANY TIME.
4. PROPER ATTIRE REQUIRED. For more information about the dress code policy, please visit the MSGA website at www.msga.org. DRESS CODE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
5. The MSGA-WD Officer- in- Charge shall assign pairings and starting times.
6. Starting times and pairings will be available on August 10, 2009. They will be sent to participants via email. Additionally, they will be posted on the MSGA website and they may be obtained by calling the Holly Hills Pro Shop at 301-694-7210. |
