USGA Rules will govern all play, except as modified by local rules. If a team elects to withdraw from a tournament, it must promptly notify the MSGA-WD Officer in Charge. This is to insure an alternate fair opportunity to play. THE MSGA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO VERIFY ALL USGA INDEXES.
