Mixed Two Ball

ELIGIBILITY: The tournament is open to amateurs who are residents of Maryland or members of member clubs of the MSGA. Each team consists of a man and a woman, not necessarily from the same club. No entries with a USGA INDEX above 36.0 as of June 1, 2008 will be accepted.  Additionally, the difference betwen the two indexes must not exceed 10.0.

ENTRIES:   

ENTRIES:   1.  Entry fee is $160.00 per team.  Cart fee and range balls are included in entry fee. Properly completed application, entry fee and   USGA Index as of June 1, 2008 must be submitted to and received by the MSGA office no later than July 21, 2008.  The field will be limited to 90 teams.  Make checks payable to MSGA-WD.  NO REFUNDS AFTER JULY 21, 2008.

2.  POST ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  ENTRIES MAY BE REFUSED BY MSGA-WD OR HOST CLUB AT ANY

 TIME.  PROPER ATTIRE REQUIRED.  JEANS SHORTS, SHORT SHORTS AND DENIM ARE NOT PERMITTED.  DRESS CODE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. 

3.  Starting times and pairings can be obtained on July 24, 2008 by calling host club’s Pro Shop at 410-939-8887 or on the MSGA website at www.msga.org.

4.  Metal spikes are prohibited.  Penalty for breach is disqualification.

PRIZES: Merchandise prizes will be awarded for both low gross and low net. The number of net prizes is dependent upon the size of the field. All merchandise certificates are redeemable at the host club’s Pro Shop and must be redeemed prior to 12/31/08.
